ELIZABETH BERGMANN (she/her/hers) is a violin teacher and performer in the Twin Cities. An alumna of St. Joseph's School of Music, she is delighted to return as a faculty member. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in violin performance from the University of Minnesota in December 2022 where she studied with Sally O’Reilly. This past year she was a winner of the local Mary West Competition and is a finalist for the 2023 Schubert Club Competition. You can find her playing with local professional and community orchestras like Sioux City Symphony, Mississippi Valley Orchestra, Buffalo Community Orchestra, and Golden Valley Orchestra. She has played in masterclasses with Angela Fuller, John Gilbert, Andrew Ling, and Aimee Kreston and has participated in the Pienza Music Festival. In her free time, she enjoys playing chamber music, taking care of her cat and plants, and having fun with fashion.
